Meghan Chalk President Iron Mountain Management

MEGHAN CHALK
President

Meghan Chalk is an experienced project manager, human resources subject matter expert, proposal development manager, team building expert, and workshop facilitator. As President of Iron Mountain Management, Ms. Chalk manages day-to-day business operations, develops and implements short- and long-term corporate strategy, leads cross-organizational project teams, cultivates business relationships, and manages business finances.

Prior to launching Iron Mountain Management, Ms. Chalk earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Community Development from Portland State University. In addition, Ms. Chalk worked for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory where she focused on technical and marketing communications. She facilitated workshops for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory for highly technical and innovative technology and research projects, and assisted in proposal development for clients in the energy, environment, and national security sectors as part of the laboratory’s national proposal team. She served as the communications manager or co-manager for three laboratory-level initiatives; developed marketing strategies and created marketing materials; and developed and facilitated workshops for scientists and researchers.

Zack Chalk Vice President Iron Mountain Management

S. ZACK CHALK, PMP
Vice President

Zack Chalk, PMP is a results-oriented and goal-driven professional with experience in construction management, operations, and contract administration; he understands and implements safety programs, integrated work control practices, conduct of operations, and lock out/tag out procedures. Mr. Chalk consistently completes projects within regulatory standards, is a highly-organized, is an effective communicator, is reliable, and productively uses available resources. Mr. Chalk has worked in a supervisory or management capacity for more than 10 years. For an Iron Mountain Management client, he is the Electrical Utilities Corrective Action Management Specialist; previously, he was the Field Superintendent at the 618-10 burial ground for other Iron Mountain Management clients.

In addition, as Iron Mountain Management’s Vice President, Mr. Chalk mentors employees, cultivates business relationships, and contributes to short- and long-term strategy development and implementation.

Mr. Chalk earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, and his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Betsy Peterson Bookkeeper Iron Mountain Management

BETSY PETERSON
Bookkeeper

Betsy Peterson is Iron Mountain Management’s part-time bookkeeper. With almost 20 years of bookkeeping experience, she supports companies in a variety of industries. She is a local business owner and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from WSU Tri-Cities. Go Cougs! She is also a QuickBooks Professional Advisor with a wealth of knowledge in the software.

When Ms. Peterson isn’t working on her business or ours, she can be found on the trails around the Tri-Cities running and finding her peace. She loves backpacking and getting out into nature with her husband, two children, and poodle. Ms. Peterson and her family are also supporters of arts in our community.

BRENNAN MCINTIRE
Recruiter

As the recruiter at Iron Mountain Management, Brennan brings a new level of excitement to the team with his enthusiasm for growth, and desire to build relationships within the community. His goals are to find the right people for the right opportunities, and to continue to build incredible teams of individuals for our clients.

Brennan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Eastern Washington University, before settling in the Tri-Cities. He then spent time in sales and marketing for the Tri-City Dust Devils, and eventually transitioned to the health care industry. When Brennan isn’t working he loves to golf with friends and spend time with his cat

KELLY MERRICK
Professional/Personal Assistant

Kelly Merrick brings a vibrant background in office administration to Iron Mountain Management as the Assistant in the office. Kelly grew up in Portland, Oregon and moved to the Tri-Cities 10 years ago. She brings with her over twenty years of experience.

In her spare time, Kelly volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Sand and Sage Hunting Retriever Club, and the Northwest Pointing Labrador club, where she competes in AKC and APLA hunt tests and competitions. Her favorite past-time when not involved in club activities is helping to mentor other retriever owners to achieve their goals for their hunting retrievers and family pets.
